Tucson Area

The Tucson Area is the smallest in the IHS, serving the Tohono O'odham Nation and the Pascua Yaqui Tribe. Part of the reservation borders the city of Tucson, offering the amenities of a large city to tribal residents. Approximately 4,000 Tohono O'odham people live in Tucson and obtain health care at the San Xavier Clinic. More than 12,000 reside on the main Tohono O'odham Reservation, west of Tucson.

For more information visit the Tucson Area Website.
